Before shpment, each product is carefully inspected and packed to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. We strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible and use only shipping companies with tracking information available throughout the parcel journey.
Most orders are shipped with international couriers e.g. FedEX and DPD. We’ll be using also other couriers from time to time. Upon dispatching we’ll notify you by email on courier company and your order’s tracking number. The tracking number may show as ‘invalid’ until the next working day. If phone number is provided at checkout, you may receive a text notification from the courier company.

If you do not reside in European Union (EU) please note that on top of the order payment, you may have to bear any customs charges when your order reaches your country. We have no control over these and advise you to contact your local customs office. If you do not know how to do this, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you in this regard.
We strive to produce and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but in tense periods the dispatch times might take longer. In Cart section you will see pop-up window announcing current estimated shipment delays.
