Small flat screwdriver (or similar tool to push the nuts into the slots)
Step 1 - pick the front bumpers and 4 M4 square nuts from the installation pack. You will also need a small flat screwdriver.
Step 2 - push the nuts into the slots using screwdriver or similar tool. Make sure that they went all the way in.
Step 3 - pick the ergonomic tops and 2 square M5 nuts
Step 4 - slide the M5 nuts into the slots using screwdriver. Make sure that they went all the way in.
Step 5 - pick the rear bumpers and 4 square M5 nuts. Slide the nuts into the slots.
Step 6 - pick the front bumpers, ergo tops and 4 M4x20 screws (2 for each side) from the installation pack. You will also need size 3 allen key to tighten the screws.
Step 7 - connect the elements, tighten the screws untill the gap between parts is closed. Repeat with the other side.
Step 8 - pick the rear bumpers and M5x45 screws from the installation pack. You will also need size 4 allen key to tighten the screws.
Step 9 - connect the elements, tighten the screw untill the gap between parts is closed. Repeat on the other side.
Step 10 - pick the bottom bumpers and 6 square M5 nuts from the installation pack
Step 11 - slide the nuts into the slots in bottom bumpers
Step 12 - remove the stock pedal and foam padding from both sides of your EUC (removing the pedal is necessary to take off the foam)
Step 13 - remove the stock screw holding front handle
Step 14 - slide the assembled bumpers starting from the pocket on the bottom of front bumper
Step 15 - align the bumpers on the top and back of your EUC
Step 16 - secure the front bumper using stock screw and the back using M5x20 screws from the installation pack (2 on each side)
Step 17 - slide the bottom bumpers on the EUC and secure them using M5x20 screws from the installation pack (3 on each side)
Step 18 - install the fairing plates. Make sure to align them with top and bottom bumpers
