Quality Assurance

Before shipment, each Grizzla product undergoes thorough quality control and is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable international couriers including FedEx and UPS to ensure trackable, safe delivery of your EUC accessories.

Upon dispatch, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation with tracking information
  • Courier company details
  • Estimated delivery timeframe

Please note that tracking numbers may show as ‘invalid’ until the next working day after dispatch.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping fees based on your location, regardless of order size or weight.

Free Shipping: Orders totaling $250 or more (after any discounts are applied) qualify for free shipping worldwide.

Current estimated shipping times:

  • North America: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 3-5 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-7 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 4-7 business days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 4-7 business days

Order Processing Time

Standard order processing time before dispatch is 1-5 business days. This extended timeframe is necessary because we offer multiple color customization options for our products (bumpers, powerpads, etc.). Depending on your specific color selections, we may need to manufacture items to order rather than ship from existing inventory.

Custom color combinations and special requests may require additional processing time. Current estimated processing delays, if any, will be communicated in email notifications related to your order.

International Orders and Customs

For customers outside the European Union:

  • You may be subject to import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures

Order Tracking

You can track your order by:

  1. Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Contacting us directly with your order number

Delivery Issues

In the event of a delivery issue:

  • Incorrect address: Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery
  • Failed delivery attempts: Please follow instructions from the courier for redelivery or package pickup

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for an unusual period of time or indicates potential issues:

  1. Initial Waiting Period: Please allow up to 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before reporting a package as potentially lost. International shipping can sometimes experience delays due to customs or other factors.
  2. Reporting Process:
    • First, contact the courier directly using your tracking number to report the issue and initiate their internal search procedure.
    • Next, notify us at info@grizzlapads.com with your order number, tracking information, and confirmation that you’ve contacted the courier.
  3. Dual Investigation: Once notified, we will also contact the courier to file a claim as the shipper. Having both sender and recipient reports increases the likelihood of a successful resolution.
  4. Search Period: Carriers like UPS or FedEx typically conduct a search for missing packages in their facilities, which usually takes 8-10 business days. We must allow this process to complete before proceeding to the next steps.
  5. Resolution: If the courier cannot locate your package after their search period, we will ship a replacement order at no additional cost.

Delivery Disputes and Post-Delivery Issues

  1. Package Shows as Delivered but Not Received:
    • If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time.
    • Check with household members, neighbors, and building management, as packages may be signed for by others or left in alternate locations.
    • We will file an investigation with the courier who will check the GPS coordinates of the delivery and verify the delivery with the driver.
    • These investigations typically take 5-7 business days, during which we ask for your patience.
    • Resolution will be determined based on the courier’s investigation findings.
  2. Package Stolen After Delivery:
    • If your package was stolen from your property after confirmed delivery, this unfortunately falls outside our shipping insurance coverage.
    • We recommend:
      • Filing a police report for the stolen package
      • Checking if your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance covers package theft
      • Considering delivery options that require signature or using package lockboxes for future orders
    • While we cannot guarantee a replacement for stolen packages, we will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial goodwill credit toward a future purchase.

In all delivery dispute cases, we strongly encourage customers to:

  • Provide a secure delivery location when ordering
  • Add delivery instructions to your order when needed
  • Select signature-required shipping options for high-value orders
  • Consider using work addresses or package receiving services if package theft is common in your area

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused upon delivery or is undeliverable for reasons outside our control:

  • Customs Refusal: If a package is refused due to customs fees or import duties, we will process a refund once the item is returned to us, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts by the courier, and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees will apply) or process a refund minus the original shipping costs and return shipping fees.
  • Address Issues: If incorrect or incomplete address information causes a package to be returned to us, we will contact you to verify your address before reshipping (additional shipping fees will apply).

In all cases where packages are returned to us, the refund process will begin once we physically receive and inspect the returned items. All refunds for refused or undeliverable packages will be issued minus both the original shipping costs AND return shipping fees charged to us by the courier. Returns typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive back at our facility, depending on the destination country and courier service used.

Shipping Restrictions

Some countries may have restrictions on importing certain materials or products. We are not responsible for confiscations or delays due to customs restrictions. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
