At Grizzla, we stand behind every product we make. As riders ourselves, we understand the importance of reliable gear for your electric unicycle. We build our products to withstand the demands of serious EUC riding and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you experience any issues with your Grizzla products, this policy covers both satisfaction returns and warranty claims to ensure you get the support you need.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be 100% happy with your Grizzla purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return it for a refund, no questions asked.

To qualify for our satisfaction guarantee:

  • Items must be unused and in like-new condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

12-Month Warranty Coverage

At Grizzla, we stand behind the quality of our electric unicycle accessories. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

What’s Covered Under Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Premature failure under normal use conditions
  • Products that don’t perform as reasonably expected

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Accidents or crashes
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Cosmetic changes (scratches, discoloration) that don’t affect performance

Return & Warranty Claim Process

Whether you’re returning a product under our satisfaction guarantee or making a warranty claim, the process is straightforward:

  1. Contact Us:
    • For returns and warranty claims: Email info@grizzlapads.com
    • Include your order number, product details, reason for return/claim, and photos of the items
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization number along with return instructions within 2-3 business days.
  3. Ship Within 7 Days: Once you receive authorization, please ship the items within 7 days. Package items securely and use a trackable shipping method (except USPS, which we do not accept).
  4. Keep Your Receipt: When dropping off your package for shipping, get a receipt and tracking number. Keep this until your return/claim is processed.
  5. Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection:
    • For satisfaction returns: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
    • For warranty claims: We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion

Shipping Options

For Returns:
  • You may arrange your own return shipping using a carrier of your choice (except USPS)
  • Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label. The cost will be deducted from your refund
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For Warranty Claims:
  • We will cover the cost of shipping replacement items
  • We will reimburse original shipping costs for items that arrived damaged or incorrect
  • We may provide a return shipping label for defective items

Resolution Options

For Satisfaction Returns:
  • Full Refund: For unused items returned within 30 days
  • Partial Refund: For items returned with signs of use or between 30-45 days after delivery
  • Exchange: For unused items you wish to swap for a different model (additional shipping fees apply)
For Warranty Claims:
  • Repair: We’ll fix the defective product
  • Replacement: We’ll send an identical or comparable product
  • Store Credit: We’ll issue credit for future purchases
  • Refund: In some cases, we may offer a partial or full refund

Non-Eligible Items

The following situations are not eligible for returns or warranty coverage:

  • Custom-designed or personalized products
  • Items returned more than 45 days after delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper installation

Please use a trackable shipping service (except USPS which we do not accept) and purchase shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a trackable service.
