VETERAN LYNX S – ULTIMATE UPGRADE KIT

Transform your Veteran Lynx S into a cleaner, tougher, more rideable machine with a modular upgrade system designed around real contact points: knees, hands, lift leverage, ground-impact zones, seated comfort, and power pad compatibility.

Every module is made from impact-absorbing elastopolymer, tough enough to survive real crashes and flexible enough not to crack under load. The system is fully modular: configure the complete kit below, or pick up any module as a standalone product. Full installation takes about 15 minutes (roughly 5 minutes per module), using stock and provided screws.

IMPORTANT CONFIGURATION CHOICE

To ensure a precise fit and the right set of components, there is one key decision to make:

• Toe/Jump Pad Mount: choose whether to keep or remove the stock toe/jump pad mount. This selection determines the correct Bottom Armor front module and the recommended power-pads setup for your kit.

CUSTOMIZABLE COLORS

Independent color selections let you build a Lynx S that looks exactly how you want it:

• Bumper Bodies (15+ colors): Smooth Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, and Bottom Armor modules, including industry-unique matte finishes and military camo tones (army green, dark brown, sand white)
• Front Handle & Rear Handlebar Mounts (15+ colors): the front rubber handle and the rear handlebar mounts are configured separately from the bumper bodies. These are functional, load-bearing parts, and their placement makes them a natural way to add a second color to your setup
• Seat (12 colors): selectable in the configurator

SMOOTH FRONT BUMPER

The front of the Lynx S carries the headlight, the front battery edges, and most of the consequences of a forward tip-over. The Smooth Front Bumper armors this entire zone with impact-absorbing elastopolymer, and it removes the biggest ergonomic obstacle at the same time: there are no handlebar knee collisions anymore.

The top edges are shaped for uninterrupted knee travel during carving and aggressive stance changes. Nothing protrudes and nothing catches your legs under hard acceleration, so the front keeps one clean line that follows the wheel’s styling.

A rubber handle on top of the bumper takes over the functions of the removed bar: a firm grip for seated riding, leverage for emergency braking, and a comfortable hold for lifting the wheel. The bumper also works as a front kickstand.

REAR BUMPER

Made from impact-absorbing elastopolymer, the Rear Bumper replaces the stock plastic rear handle parts with a tougher and more functional assembly. It shields the rear battery corners during falls and rough handling, and it turns the back of the wheel into a solid mounting platform:

• Seat-ready handlebar: positioned to stay compatible with aftermarket seats, including our Seat Upgrade, which clamps onto this handlebar and pivots on it
• Accessory loop holes: solid anchor points for straps, tow lines, and bags
• Braking-pad deck: a flat surface in the rear top area, finished with loop velcro, so braking power pads mount securely

The handlebar mounts are separate functional parts with their own color selection.

BOTTOM ARMOR (TWO VARIANTS)

Low-profile ground armor for the Lynx S, shielding the lower corners and impact zones when the wheel meets rocks, curbs, drops, gravel, and mishaps  at speed.

We kept the stock kickstand. It is retractable, sturdy, and genuinely useful, so the armor is designed around it: a dedicated rear bottom bumper protects the kickstand’s bottom corners together with the rear bottom corners of the battery cases, the zones most exposed during rear drops, curb strikes, and parking mishaps.

The entire length of the battery underside is covered with an impact-absorbing material layer for continuous protection against scrapes, stone strikes, and bottom-outs.

The front module comes in two variants:

• “Keep Jump Pad Mount” version: a compact module similar to the rear one, protecting the front bottom battery corners while working alongside the stock mount

• “No Jump Pad Mount” version: a much more pronounced module reaching the middle of the front battery case, fully replacing the protection lost when the mount is removed. The right choice for full-size power pads setups

Both variants are compatible with both positions of the pedals bracket.

SEAT UPGRADE

For riders who enjoy seated comfort on long or rugged rides. The seat is made of semi-rigid elastopolymer with a compliant inner structure that absorbs shock and dampens road vibration. The grippy surface texture keeps you planted during acceleration and braking. The universal size adds a moderate height increase of 5 cm (2 in) for a comfortable yet connected seating position.

The seat clamps onto the rear handlebar, which serves as a pivot, and works on both the stock rear handlebar and the Grizzla Rear Bumper. Accessing the trolley handle takes seconds:

1. Lift the seat on its handlebar pivot
2. Deploy the trolley handle as usual
3. Lower the seat back into riding position; velcro secures it firmly in place

EXTENDED PRE-CUT VELCRO SET

Precisely cut velcro tailored to the Lynx S side shell, creating the largest possible flat surface for power pads. This extended set provides full coverage of the side surface and includes leveling inserts that cover the mid suspension holes, so each side becomes one clean, continuous mounting plane. Suspension screws remain accessible for easy maintenance.

POWER PADS SETUP

While many pad configurations are possible on the Lynx S, these are the setups we recommend:

Option 1: REMOVED Jump Pad Mount (full-size pads)

• Grizzla SYNC – EUC Pads, SYNC XL, or Flow (Big)

• Pair with the “No Jump Pad Mount” Bottom Armor variant and the extended velcro set

Option 2: KEEPING Jump Pad Mount (toe support retained)

• Jump Pads Upgrade (compatible with the Lynx S) + SYNC Front Extenders (shin/acceleration support) + SYNC Rear Pads (braking). Optionally add SYNC Rear Extenders for extra braking leverage or very low heel-lock setups

• Alternatively: Jump Pads Upgrade + Flow (Big) front top module + Flow (Big) rear pads
• Pair with the “Keep Jump Pad Mount” Bottom Armor variant

ADDITIONAL UPGRADES

• Consider adding Gripsters EUC Pedals – LeaperKim as a complementary upgrade for enhanced foot control and comfort (separate product)
• GrizzLights Horizon (coming late June / early July 2026): the Lynx S version of our self-stabilizing Horizon headlight is in final testing and will be released as a separate product. The Smooth Front Bumper is already sized to accommodate it
