The Begode Blitz Pro is one of the fastest EUCs ever made: a 20-inch wheel with adjustable dual-damping air suspension, a 3,000 Wh, 168 V battery, and a motor built to cruise at speeds most wheels never reach. The one part of the wheel that never got the same ambition is the stock plastic layer, which was not designed for what this machine can do.

Riders discovered the weak points quickly. The display sits high on the trolley bar, angled poorly for reading at speed and completely exposed in a fall. The upper handle is positioned exactly where your knees travel in dynamic riding. The suspension arms, the parts that keep the whole suspension working true, have no protection at all. And the bumpers themselves are made of a brittle plastic that cracks instead of absorbing the hit.

We are proud to present our answer: a complete, professionally designed and carefully tested upgrade system that redesigns the entire outer layer of the Blitz Pro. Protection and ergonomics were developed together, and through the whole design process we held one rule: the wheel has to stay a Blitz. Every module follows the original lines and styling, so a fully armored Blitz Pro still looks like the machine Begode drew, only tougher and better organized around the rider.

Every module is made from semi-elastic, impact-absorbing elastopolymer: tough enough to survive real crashes, flexible enough not to crack under load. Unlike rigid plastic, it soaks up impact energy instead of passing it into the shell and the components underneath, which is exactly what you want between your wheel and the ground in the mishap moments. CUSTOMIZABLE COLORS

There is no one-size-fits-all look, so the kit is built around independent color selections:

• Front Bumper, Ergonomic Top, Rear Bumper (15 colors each): each configured separately, including industry-unique matte finishes and military camo tones (army green, dark brown, sand white). Run a single clean color for a factory-plus look, keep the bumpers stealth and put the accent on the top line, or build a full multi-tone setup
• Bottom Armor (one color for all three modules): stealth black for invisible protection, or a color matching your upper setup
• Seat (11 colors): selectable to match or contrast the rest of your build, including Burgundy, a color reserved for seats only

UPPER ARMOR

A complete redesign of the Blitz Pro upper plastics in four module groups, styled in the same fashion and connected into one continuous line, aligned with the original Blitz Pro aesthetics. This is where the stock design needed the most work, and where the kit changes how the wheel rides, walks, and survives, not just how it looks.

Front Bumper & Handle

The stock front end concentrates three design errors in one place: the display sits too high at an angle that is hard to read, the upper handle is positioned where it collides with your knees during dynamic maneuvers, and the whole assembly is made of brittle plastic. Our front bumper corrects the layout and armors the zone at the same time.

The display is physically repositioned: moved lower and angled toward the rider, so it is clearly readable at speed without looking down, and it no longer sits at the highest, most exposed point of the wheel. In a crash, the difference between a display perched on the trolley bar and one tucked into the bumper line is the difference between replacing a screen and wiping off some dust.

The front grip moves down drastically compared to stock. Your knees get a clear path for carving and stance changes, and the lower grip position gives better leverage for lifting the wheel and handling it around obstacles. The whole bumper flows in one smooth line into the ergonomic top, with nothing protruding to catch your legs.

The bumper also fixes something every Blitz Pro owner deals with daily: walking the wheel. Dedicated slots lock the trolley handle when it is opened to walking position, so the extended handle becomes rigid instead of wobbling. Pushing the wheel through a hallway, a lift, or a parking garage stops being a balancing act.

Rear Bumper & Handle

Here we went much further than the stock design. The rear bumper extends back far enough that the suspension arms finally sit behind armor. These arms are among the most crash-sensitive parts of the entire wheel: even a slight bend breaks the geometry and symmetry of their movement, and once that happens the whole suspension stops working smoothly. A crashed Blitz Pro with bent arms does not just look bad, it rides bad, permanently, until the parts are replaced. With our bumper, the arms are covered.

Protection does not cost you serviceability: access to the damper adjustment dials, air valves, and settings knobs stays fully open, so tuning the suspension works exactly as before. An ergonomic rear handle is shaped into the rear end of the bumper, giving you a proper second grip point for lifting, loading, and maneuvering a wheel this heavy.

Ergonomic Top

Between the front and rear bumpers, the stock wheel leaves a gap between the top battery corners and the mainboard housing cover. The Ergonomic Top fills it: trim pieces running the full length between the two bumpers, styled in the same fashion as the rest of the Upper Armor. The result is one continuous, clean finish across the whole top of the wheel, and a smooth, comfortable contact line for your legs where the stock wheel offers edges and seams.

Extended Rear Boards

The Blitz Pro battery cases end where your braking pads want to be. The Extended Rear Boards mount securely to the rear battery cases and extend the flat surface available for power pads, giving braking pads in particular a larger and more secure footprint. On a wheel with this much speed on tap, braking leverage is not a nice-to-have, and pads mounted half on and half off the shell are not the way to get it.

The boards come with loop velcro pre-applied, so pads mount straight out of the box. Included in black.

BOTTOM ARMOR

Ground armor for the Blitz Pro, in three modules covering the zones that meet rocks, curbs, drops, gravel, and “oops moments” at speed. The battery cases and the front lower plastics take this abuse on the stock wheel with nothing between them and the ground. Like the rest of the kit, the armor is made from durable, flexible, impact-absorbing material that soaks up force instead of cracking.

• Front Bottom: the front lower plastics are among the most fragile parts of the stock wheel. This module is designed around the natural shapes of the Blitz Pro, adding real protection without negating the original design and without obstructing the LED strips flowing from top to bottom on the front face. Your light show survives intact
• Bottom Cover: continuous protection along the battery undersides against scrapes, stone strikes, and bottom-outs, the slow grinding damage that off-road and curb-hopping riders accumulate ride after ride
• Rear Bottom Corners: designed around the stock kickstand, which stays in place and keeps working, while the rear bottom battery corners get full coverage against rear drops, curb strikes, and parking mishaps

One color choice applies to all three modules: stealth black for protection that disappears into the wheel, or a color matching your upper setup.

SEAT UPGRADE

With its range and cruising speed, the Blitz Pro is a wheel people ride for hours, and hours are what seats are for. Our Seat Upgrade is made of semi-rigid elastopolymer with a compliant inner structure that absorbs shock and dampens road vibration, firm enough to support your weight without bottoming out, soft enough that long seated sessions stay comfortable. The grippy surface texture keeps you planted during acceleration and braking. The universal size adds a moderate height increase of 4.5 cm (1.8 in) for a comfortable yet connected seating position.

The clever part is the mount. The seat attaches to the wheel’s top cover on a sliding mechanism: locked securely for riding, and unlocked with one press of the release lever when you need the trolley handle. Switching to walking mode takes seconds:

Slide the seat forward until it locks and you are ready to ride again. No tools, no removal, no permanent modifications, and no choosing between owning a seat and using your trolley.

Every pads setup is only as good as the velcro underneath it, and the factory velcro on the Blitz Pro is not what you want holding your pads through hard braking. Our pre-cut set is tailored to the Blitz Pro battery cases, covering the maximum possible surface for secure pad mounting while keeping every screw hole and maintenance point accessible, so servicing the wheel never means peeling velcro off.

The hook-and-loop mesh is noticeably denser than the factory velcro, holding power pads with a stronger and more consistent grip, exactly where slippage costs you control.

RECOMMENDED POWER PADS

The Blitz Pro has no power pads from the factory, and a wheel with this acceleration and this braking distance deserves better than generic foam. The Extended Rear Boards and the pre-cut velcro in this kit were designed with a full-size pads setup in mind. These are the setups we recommend:

GRIPSTERS EUC PEDALS (WIDE BEGODE MOUNT)

The contact patch upgrade for the rest of your body. Gripsters EUC Pedals bring together precision-machined construction, modular stance tuning, and terrain-tested grip, and the wide Begode mount version fits the Blitz Pro.

Crafted from high-grade billet 6061 aluminum and CNC machined to tight tolerances, with a structure optimized through FEA analysis for clean stress distribution under heavy loads, drops, and torque. Each pedal carries 23 individually height-adjustable grip pins: max them out for downhill security, dial them back for easy foot repositioning. Dual-function rubber overlays (flat or one of two concave profiles, 10+ colors) add comfort and act as protective buffers for everything the pedal hits, including your shins and your doorframes. An optional bolt-on adapter adds tilt adjustability without changing the pedal itself.
