INMOTION P6 – BUMPER KIT
Full bumper protection for the Inmotion P6, designed around the real impact zones: front and rear battery edges, screen and motherboard housing, underside corners, and the rider’s contact points. Every module is shaped from impact-absorbing elastopolymer — tough enough to survive real crashes, flexible enough to not crack under load.
The kit covers all bumper modules — front, rear, top, and bottom. It adds a stable integrated kickstand and a full-size mudguard that keeps splashes and dirt off the wheel, the rider, and the charging ports. Pre-cut Velcro with suspension covers completes the setup for clean power-pad mounting.
Individual modules will be released in the coming weeks for riders who only need specific pieces.
CUSTOMIZABLE COLORS
Two independent color selections let you build a P6 that looks exactly how you want it.
Bumper Bodies
The main bumper surfaces (Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, Front Bottom, Rear Bottom) can be configured in 15+ colors, including industry-unique matte finishes and military camo tones (army green, dark brown, sand white).
Accent Parts
Accent elements are configured separately for a true two-tone look. Accent parts include:

The mudguard comes in matte black by default and is not user-configurable — the neutral tone pairs cleanly with any body/accent combination.
FRONT BUMPER & HANDLE
The front module is the most worked-on piece in the kit. It wraps the front battery edge and top corner, protects the screen and motherboard from frontal and top-down impacts, and flows into the side body as one continuous line — no broken silhouette, no visual gap where the stock face ends.
Ergonomic Front Handle
The handle has been repositioned and reshaped for a secure grip during emergency braking, seated riding, and lifting or carrying the wheel. It sits embedded in the bumper body in a way that keeps it clear of your knees during aggressive carving and stance changes — no more knee interference from the stock handle area.
Extra Top-Corner Protection
Additional material was added at the front top corner of the battery box — the zone most exposed in forward tip-overs — giving the screen and motherboard a real buffer against impact.
Optimized Airflow
Air inlets are positioned on the front face at the height of the headlight and cooling fans, channeling airflow inward onto the radiator. The P6 stays cool, the bumper doesn’t fight the stock thermal design.
Headlight & Logo Compatibility
- Sized to provide a protective buffer around the GrizzLights Horizon self-stabilizing headlight (sold separately — see availability note below)
- Supports all three Inmotion logo/bracket scenarios: keep stock, remove, or install aftermarket
- Built to accommodate standard front mounting without interference
Front Kickstand Function
The front bumper doubles as a reliable front kickstand — useful when parking the wheel somewhere the stock rear kickstand isn’t enough.

FRONT BOTTOM BUMPER
Low-profile ground protection for the P6’s front underside. Same impact-absorbing elastopolymer as the rest of the kit, shaped to armor the front mid and battery edges without adding bulk that would kill your ground clearance.
Because our bumper covers the stock front reflective strip, we added white reflectors on top of the module for equal-or-better visibility from the front.
The front section of the bottom module includes a distinctive protruding element (what we call the “knob”) — this is a configurable accent color so you can match or contrast it with the rest of the build.

REAR BUMPER & HANDLE
A protective, functional rear handle designed for lifting, carrying, and general durability in one of the most abused zones of the wheel.
Ergonomic Wide Handle
The rear handle is wide, ergonomic, and shaped for a confident grip when lifting or carrying the wheel — whether loading into a car, hauling upstairs, or onto a workbench.
Integrated Rear Light Housing
The stock rear light modules are housed inside the rubber body of the rear bumper — protected from impacts while staying fully functional.
Rear Battery Edge Protection
The rear top/mid edges of the battery box are fully shielded, while access to charge and USB ports stays clear and unobstructed — no dismantling required to plug in.

REAR BOTTOM BUMPER (WITH INTEGRATED KICKSTAND & MUDGUARD)
The most multipurpose module in the kit. It armors the rear underside, integrates a kickstand, and adds a full-size mudguard — replacing and vastly outperforming the stock setup.
Full Rear Underside Protection
Covers the rear mid and bottom battery edges — the zones most exposed during rear drops, curb strikes, and parking mishaps.
Integrated Stable Kickstand
A stable kickstand built directly into the module, with rubber tips for grip on hard surfaces and less sliding on uneven ground.
Full-Size Mudguard (Matte Black)
This is the piece that quietly changes the whole ownership experience. The full-size mudguard drastically reduces splashes and dirt on:
- the wheel itself
- the rider’s back
- the charging and USB ports
The mudguard comes in matte black by default to match any color configuration cleanly.
Rear Reflector
A rear reflector is integrated on the bottom corner for additional rearward visibility.

PRE-CUT VELCRO WITH SUSPENSION COVERS
Heavy-duty pre-cut Velcro tailored to the P6’s side panels, with dedicated suspension covers that flatten the sides completely — giving you a clean, continuous surface for power pads with no gaps or awkward contouring around the suspension zone.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Seat (Coming Mid-May 2026)
The P6 seat module is currently in development and will be released in mid-May 2026 (~2–3 weeks from this kit’s launch). We released the bumper kit first so riders using stock or third-party seats aren’t left waiting with unprotected wheels. A full Ultimate Upgrade Kit with the seat will follow.
GrizzLights Horizon for P6 (Coming June 2026)
The P6 version of our self-stabilizing GrizzLights Horizon headlight requires significant PCB architecture changes to protect the P6 motherboard. We’re implementing and testing those safety mechanisms now and targeting a June 2026 launch. The front bumper is already sized to accept it.
Gripster Pedals for Inmotion (Coming June 2026)
Our Gripster Pedals for the Inmotion platform (P6, V14, V12S, and others) are currently in testing. Two versions will launch in June 2026:
- Race version — narrow profile with a dense pin/stud grid for maximum grip and minimum trail interference
- Cruising version — larger and wider platform for casual riding where clearance isn’t the top priority
