Nosfet Aero – Toe Pads Base/Mount
Bolt-on mounting bracket that brings toe/jump pad capability to the Nosfet Aero. The base bolts to the lower body in a fixed position and provides a platform for Grizzla Jump Pads (sold separately) on top. If you’ve ridden Leaper Kim wheels and got used to having a toe-box reference point, this gives the Aero the same type of foot contact. Left and right brackets are included.
Installation
The base bolts directly to the Aero’s body. It works on the stock shell as-is, and it also works over Grizzla Fairings & Bumpers or the standalone Leveling Kit if you have those installed. No cutting, no permanent modification to the wheel.
Adjustable Pad Positioning
The base itself mounts in a fixed position, but the jump pad on top is adjustable. Vertical slots in the bracket and a wing nut let you dial in the pad height and angle to match your foot placement and riding style. Loosen the wing nut, slide the pad where you want it, tighten – done. You can fine-tune this trailside without tools.
What Goes On Top
The base is designed to accept Grizzla Jump Pads – the same proven pads used across the Leaper Kim Veteran line. They attach to the base via Velcro, so swapping or repositioning is quick. The jump pads are a separate product and are not included with this base.
Pad Configuration Options
Adding the Toe Pads Base opens up several power pad combinations on the Aero:
- Jump Pads only – minimal setup, focused toe-box surface for jumping and foot placement control.
- Jump Pads + rear power pads – front toe/jump control with calf and shin support at the back. Pair with SYNC Rear Pads or Flow Compact for the rear position.
If you prefer full-wrap leg contact without a toe pad mount, consider skipping this base and going with a complete SYNC or Flow setup directly on the Aero Upgrade Kit inserts instead.

Material
Rigid 3D-printed construction. Engineered to handle the lateral forces from foot pressure during jumps, braking, and aggressive carving.
Color
Available in black. Sits below the jump pad and is mostly hidden once pads are installed.
